Do you work with early-stage startups or only funded companies?+
Both. We've worked with pre-revenue founders who needed an MVP to raise their seed round, and with Series B companies building their second product line. The common thread is that they're serious about shipping — not the size of their round.
Can we start small before committing to a larger engagement?+
Yes, and we encourage it. A lot of our long-term retainer clients started with a fixed 4–6 week scoped project. It's the best way to evaluate the quality of our work, how we communicate, and how we handle problems — before you commit to something bigger.
What's your typical pricing model?+
We work on two models — fixed-scope projects (defined deliverables, fixed price, milestone-based payment) and monthly retainers (dedicated team, sprint-based delivery, flexible scope). We share pricing ranges on the discovery call.
Who owns the IP and code?+
You do. Fully and without exception. We sign an IP assignment agreement before any work begins. All code, designs, documentation, and work product is your property from day one. We retain no rights, licenses, or claims. No asterisks.
What does a typical team look like?+
For MVP projects: 1 Tech Lead, 2 Full-Stack Engineers, 1 UI/UX Designer, 1 QA Engineer. For retainers: 1 Tech Lead, 1–3 engineers, 1 QA. For AI projects: same base team plus an ML/AI specialist. We don't pad the team with unnecessary roles.
How do you handle communication and reporting?+
You get direct Slack access to your team — no account managers, no ticket portals. We send async video updates twice a week, hold a sprint review every two weeks, and maintain a shared project board (Linear, Jira, or Notion) you can check any time.
What if we're not happy with the work?+
We don't hide behind contracts. If you're unhappy with the quality at any sprint review, we fix it before moving forward. On retainers, you can exit with 30 days notice.
Do you work in our timezone and tools?+
We're based in IST (UTC+5:30). For US clients: 3–4 hour overlap window. For UK and Europe: near-full overlap. For SEA clients: same timezone band. For tools — Slack, Jira, Linear, Notion, GitHub — whatever your team already uses.
